Dear Katherine Davis Fishman,
I have been thinking, how much music help motivation in dance. As a friend I picked out some music that I like to listen to all the time. I will like to explain why I picked these out for you. I hope you would enjoy and understand where the songs are taking place.
When you quote, the teachers suggesting that: “some children who have never danced have an ability to coordinate their movements” (47), I can see when you were dancing at the age of 14yr, you will get up and dance to the music that is played. Mastering different skill levels at a young age girl, you have been rocking it and so talented. The artist Sia wrote a song called “Elastic Heart”, Sia want to explain all the rough time she had. Quote:”You did not break me I still fighting for peace”. This song keeps positive thing going and expressing.
When you quote, Ana Marie Forsythe’s suggesting that: “How the mind thinks about what the body does” (52), telling a story on how a person feels through a song a describing. You really feel the moment and the vibe.
Wow you are so creative and a hard worker. Reaching on what right between dance and personality. This artist Rachel Platten wrote a song called “Fight Song”, Rachel want to give details on about her successful time through life. Quote: “I don’t really care if nobody else believes”. This song shows how much success means.
When you quote, Deborah remember a suggesting that “you could really see this happy-go-luck sparkling kids very quiet, very insecure” (60) Man, you can inspire a lot of people to become a true dancer. People out there can come see you because you put excitement in others bodies to see you perform. I know I would by a ticket to come and see you. This artist BeyoncĂ© wrote a song called “I was Here”. BeyoncĂ© wants you and others to know how much you care about dancing. Quote: “know that I meant something in somebody’s life”. This song is uplifting.
Katherine I really hope you enjoy dancing your heart out. Just be you and Make a difference.
Sincerely, Your friend
Shaylee Allen
